ブラックペッパーは、クラタペッパー
カンボジアに世界一美味しいと言われる胡椒があり、この胡椒は1970年に始まったカンボジアの内戦により一時なくなる寸前でしたが、内戦後に奇跡的に復活させたのが、愛知県に住む日本人の倉田さんでした。
