同級生飲みで利用、前日まで立佞武多でした。
なので、空けた本日やや、飲屋街は空いてる(^_^*)
同級生飲みは年に一回とかなので、みんな多少高くても大丈夫。せっかくだし、美味しいもの食べないとね〜。
七時予約で、六時半に到着。先に一人でビールを飲んで皆を待つ。メニューをパシャリ。枝豆、ビールをパシャリ。風呂上がりで来たのでビールが美味い(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)タマラン
みんなが集まる頃に、料理もサーブがはじまる。
まずは、茶碗蒸しと、毛蟹。
津軽の茶碗蒸しは甘いのが多いが、こちらのはお出汁が効いたタイプ、ただ津軽らしく銀杏ではなく、栗の甘露煮入り。
毛蟹はカニ味噌と、身をあえて酢で食べる。
蟹旨し、痛風を忘れて完食しました。(*^▽^*)
続いて、刺し盛り、マグロカマ焼き、刺身は鮑、サザエ、トロ、ヒラメ昆布締め、鰹、蟹、エビ。
実はこちらの大将、この辺では目利きが素晴らしいので有名なので、魚介系はどれも素晴らしい。
んでもって、カマ焼きが本日のMVP
(*´∀`*)ヨニンデムサボッタヨ
非常にちょうど良い加減の塩味とマグロの旨みがくちの中にブワッと広がる。熱々で肉汁じゅわっでした。
そして牡蠣が出て。お寿司でフィニッシュ。
牡蠣はレモンを絞って、甘みがあり、延々と食べれる。
寿司はホッキ、ウニ、トロ、アナゴ、そういえば、今回はコースでしたが、単品注文のアナゴ巻きがとても美味しいです、オススメ。d( ̄  ̄)イチドハゴショウミアレ
いやあどれも大変美味しかったです。
途中で飲んだ豊盃の大吟醸の写真忘れたΣ( ̄。 ̄ノ)ノ
また今度だなあ。ごちそうさまでした。
