1年3ヶ月ぶりだがクオリティはキープ。
11:50 入店、並びなし着丼10分後
久々に食べた極太麺はあいかわらず美味い。
弾力がありウェーブの強い、平たくもなく角張ってもいない、少し黄色く丸に近いオリジナルの麺。
野菜はキャベツとモヤシが3対7ぐらいで普通よりキャベツ多めでシャキ。
スープも最初は粘度があるが野菜の水分で最後の方はどうしても粘度が下がるがこれは仕方ない。
とても美味しいスープだ。
もうちょい頻度をあげて訪問したい。
