Our soba noodles are carefully prepared from scratch by the owner, including grinding the buckwheat flour in a stone mill, adding water, pounding, cutting, and boiling. Please enjoy the unique texture and aroma of pesticide-free Kitawase from Akagi, Gunma Prefecture. All the soup stock is made from Ichiban soup stock, and the soup for the soba is also specially made. We do not use any additives, so please enjoy it with confidence.
