I visited the restaurant because I saw a flyer at the hotel where I was staying. The heating was weak and the restaurant was cold on a snowy day. The appetizer was a cold whelk. The glass was cold, but there was still oil in it and the beer didn't foam at all... They had just started serving evening food, but they were out of jappa soup. They recommended it as an Aomori specialty, but they were out of stock. They said they had fish soup, so I ordered it. Three pieces of freshly boiled sea bream fish that hadn't been seasoned at all, about 5 cm of diagonally cut green onion, and two pieces of daikon radish tail...huh? The five-piece sashimi platter included 3-4 pieces each of tuna, sea bream, salmon, and yellowtail, and two thin pieces of scallop...huh? The Aomori oden with whelk included 1.5 cm wide slices of daikon radish, 5 mm thick konnyaku, and a bruised boiled egg...lukewarm...and ginger miso was poured over them. The whelk appetizer was served on the plate together with the cold one...huh? Please at least reheat it all to make it hot... I ordered an additional mixed fry set meal to fill my stomach. Freshly fried chicken, fried shrimp, and piping hot miso soup. Average. Home cooking level. Properly hot. That alone made it the most delicious. As soon as I paid the bill and left the restaurant, the person who chose this restaurant apologized to me. No, you're not to blame. If anything, you're the biggest victim, aren't you? It was a sad, sad dinner...
