新人の頃勤めていた街。駅舎もすっかりおしゃれなたたずまいに変わっている。当時は1階が改札口だったな。懐かしい駅から徒歩10分程度で老舗のお鮨屋さんに到着。周りのビルに囲まれていても存在感ある店構え。上司に連れられ仲間3人とカウンターに着席。サッポロ白穂香で乾杯。甲子春酒をお供にイケメン大将のおまかせにワクワク感満載。先付けの後はマグロ、コハダのにぎり。三千盛（みちさかり岐阜県多治見）純米大吟醸から田酒（でんしゅ青森県青森）特別純米。ノドグロ、ウニ、カジキのにぎり。牡蠣はオリーブオイルが隠し味。ガリは甘みで優しい味。カツオはきざみ玉ねぎ入りタレに付けて。つまみでタコ、イカ、サワラと旬ものが続く。つまみとにぎりの絶妙な配膳に幸せいっぱい。そして巻物とお椀で〆。高層ビルに囲まれた一角にある老舗の名店。
