ChefMasuda Taikan - Curry master who has traveled to India over 70 times
Born in Kumamoto Prefecture in 1953, Masuda worked part-time at an Indian Cuisine restaurant while studying at Hosei University and fell in love with curry, eventually opening Indian Cuisine restaurant. He has traveled to India more than 70 times, learned authentic Indian Cuisine there and has continued to introduce it to Japan by importing Indian ingredients himself. His gentle personality has earned him the trust of the Indian staff working in the kitchen.

The "butter chicken curry" is creamy and rich, with a refreshing sourness from the tomatoes. Along with the lemon rice cooked with cashew nuts and raisins, it is a flavor loved by everyone. The secret to its long-standing popularity is the attentive service, such as the fact that the popular tandoori chicken can be ordered by the single piece. It is an all-Indian Cuisine that encompasses the various charms of India from the north to the south.

The interior of the store, decorated with antique instruments and accessories, including the Indian stringed instrument sitar that gave the store its name, creates an exotic atmosphere. In order to allow customers to take home the taste of "Sitar", the store develops and sells its own frozen curry and Indian food products, as well as Indian spices and honey.
