天神駅から徒歩5分、
とんかつの百名店
「とんかつ わか葉」を訪問。
平日の夕方開店直前に到着のところ5番目。
オープンと同時に入店できました。
鹿児島県産夢幻豚 ロースカツ定食 1,950円を注文。
旨味が強く柔らかい、脂はすっきりとした上質の
味わいとあります。
低温調理なので30分くらいで提供されました。
白い豚カツはお品書きの通り柔らかくてしっとり、
肉の旨味がしっかりで美味しいです。
脂もしつこく無くサッパリしてますね。
最後まで美味しく頂きました。
