Our signature Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) (offal hotpot) made with Kyushu-produced Kuroge Wagyu beef. The soup is made with natural ingredients, without any chemical seasonings, and is made with bonito and kelp stock, further enhancing the deliciousness of the offal. We also recommend the squid delivered directly from Yobuko, which is served live straight from the tank. Depending on the weather, it may not be available on some days, so if you see it, be sure to try it. We also recommend trying fresh horse sashimi from Kumamoto.
