This is an Italian Cuisine restaurant on the 1st floor of the Daiwa Roynet Hotel in front of Kokura Station. It's probably been 7-8 years since it opened. It seemed like the lunch All-you-can-eat buffet had been resumed after being suspended due to the coronavirus pandemic, so I decided to visit. I made a reservation, but since it was around 2pm, there didn't seem to be a long wait.When you enter, there is an open kitchen in the back right, and you can see the pizza being baked in the pizza oven.Starting from the right, there are salads, appetizers, and pizza. Next, head towards the back for pasta, soup, and hot snacks.To the left is the dessert and drink bar.The rotation is quick, and if you wait for a while, you'll be served freshly baked pizza.The seasoning is well-seasoned, and the taste will appeal to everyone. All pizzas are delicious, but the Quattro Formaggi is the best.I think the menu changes every day, so you won't get tired of it even if you use it often.Recommended Medes
