The owner, who was born in Okinawa, is proud of his many charcoal-grilled dishes. The charcoal-grilled ``Hanamidori'' is a dish full of fluffy, tender meat and juicy flavor. Best served simply with salt, pepper and lemon! Please try. We also recommend the ``Grilled Vegetable Bagna Cauda'', which is made with carefully-cooked seasonal vegetables carefully selected by the owner. You can also enjoy Okinawan vegetables such as paprika, bitter gourd, and Shima rakkyo!

We also have Meat Dishes available on our special charcoal grill.
