Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) made using only the small intestines of carefully selected Japanese Wagyu beef! We offer four base flavors: miso, soy sauce, Japanese soup stock, and rice hotpot. Among them, the miso flavor is by far the most popular! By blending four carefully selected types of miso, we created a rich and creamy flavor. Enjoy customizing the hot pot to your liking by adding additional ingredients or adding a final dish.
