I ordered the "Aimori Soba" with mountain wasabi. I took a bite and thought, "What is this...it's not soba...it's colored udon?" It was the first time I had ever eaten soba that had absolutely no soba flavor. I wasn't expecting much, but it was worse than I expected, and I didn't feel like eating it all, so I left the Sarashina soba. I regretted going into the store.
