The course starts with an appetizer of beef tendon marinated in ponzu sauce, followed by Kansai-style oden, boiled Gyoza / Dumpling, rolled egg with dashi stock, the main course of five kinds of kushikatsu, beef innards teppanyaki Teppan-yaki on a hot plate, and to finish, our proud kasu udon (half bowl) and all-you-can-drink (90 lo) - this is a course that allows you to enjoy Osaka's B-class gourmet cuisine.
