I had my first curry of the new year at CoCo Ichibanya in Hachiken, Nishi-ku, Sapporo! Sometimes I find myself craving Coco Ichibanya's curry, and I don't know why I never get tired of it (lol). I had to resist the urge to eat it on New Year's Eve, but I was finally able to enjoy it. Handmade minced meat cutlet topped with fried eggplant, level 5 spicy, 400 grams Coco Ichibanya's cutlets are the most delicious when they are handmade. They are always topped with eggplant. Fried eggplant and curry go perfectly together. It was delicious this time too.
