Tsurikinki (called menme in Abashiri) is a typical fish from the Sea of Okhotsk that is eaten in hot water. The freshness of the fish is maintained because the fish are caught from the deep sea without any damage. Surprisingly, it is said that it is delicious when eaten with Chuno sauce.
