常陸秋そばを無農薬で自家栽培しているお店。
ホームページから予約していくのが間違いないです。
手碾き蕎麦は予約のみです。
1週間先までだし、３名までだし
と思って店に到着してみると
思ったりこじんまり！
これは3人までしかとらないよなぁと。
十割蕎麦990円
全粒蕎麦880円
二種もり 1650円
手碾き蕎麦 1100円
女性でも3枚はいけると思います。
要するに全種類。
蕎麦のブランマンジェ 330円
蕎麦豆腐や焼き味噌もあるので
日本酒飲むことも可能かなと。
つゆも手碾きに合わせて違うものがきます。
それぞれみんな好み違うのも面白い。
十割とは思えないくらいきれいな蕎麦だったし
全粒は香りの広がりがあったし
手碾き蕎麦は香りも旨みも個性的で私は一番好きでした。
