西沢シェフの料理にはファンも多い
とのことでずっと気になってました✨
今回はアラカルトでいろいろと注文。
魚介前菜の盛り合わせは、タコのマリネとか
真鯛のカルパッチョとかいろいろのってて
大大大満足の一皿

グリルしたアスパラガスの上に
スクランブルエッグとパルミジャーノが
のっててトリュフのいい香り〜✨
これはもう一本いける！！
ペスカトーレは蛤、あさり、ムール貝が
たっぷりでかな〜り美味しかった！！

メインは、この日はいい鹿が入った
とのことで蝦夷鹿のグリルに。
塩コショウでシンプルに味付けされた
鹿肉は臭みが全くなくて美味。
食後にはデザートまで食べちゃって
お腹いっぱいになりました
ここは初めて来たけどどれも
美味しすぎて通うことになりそう

名物ビステッカ！
大きな塊肉を豪快に焼き上げたステーキです！
とにかくザ・赤身！って脂身はほぼないです。
こうゆうのはシンプルに塩でいただくのが一番✨現地ではさらにオリーブ油をたっぷりかけるそうです。
ただ、だいぶ量があるので飽きてきます、、
ちなみに今回は1.2kgで￥26400でした。
