Our store does not fix the production area, but carefully selects the highest quality Kuroge Wagyu beef and buys it whole. For this reason, we recommend the ``Assortment of 5 Specially Selected Types'' where you can enjoy different parts depending on the day. A voluminous meat platter where you can enjoy both lean and marbled cuts that almost overflow from the plate. We also recommend the rare cut of Kuroge Wagyu beef that is difficult to procure, ``Tokujo Harami.''
