Our proud Cow tongue, which we purchase whole, is carefully cut and prepared in restaurant, and each part is made to match the dish. The tender and especially delicious tongue is delivered as ``charcoal-grilled aged thick-sliced beef tongue,'' which is slowly aged at low temperatures and grilled over Cow tongue charcoal. In addition, we offer a variety of other menu items, including `` Cow tongue'', which is ground and minced in restaurant, and `` Cow tongue Nigiri Sushi'', which is made with barley rice.
