Food White liver! smooth texture
Our white liver is celebrating 21 years in business. It has become a perennially popular menu that is requested by most of our customers. There are many customers from outside the prefecture and many customers who line up before the store opens just for this, and the craftsmen pay close attention to every step of the process, making sure to enjoy the texture that resembles white gras.
Food Tsukimi Tsukune Okukuji egg yolk
The meat is made using only domestic thighs and Nankotsu, and is seasoned with yuzu pepper, koji miso, and brown sugar to give the meat a delicious flavor. The meat is slowly grilled over charcoal, trapping plenty of fat inside and finishing with a homemade sauce. For the egg yolks, we use Okukuji eggs delivered from Kita Ibaraki. Eggs grown in the clean mountain air and mineral-rich natural water have yolks that are packed with more nutrients than normal eggs. It goes well with the sauce and is a dish we are proud of.
Food Chicken rice (Keihan)
``Chicken rice'' served with rich chicken broth.Thickly simmered cloudy chicken broth and rice topped with lots of toppings.First served like mixed rice, then ``hitsumabushi'' in the middle. Pour soup over it and make it into Ochazuke（boiled rice with tea）. This is the final dish that Maruza is particular about. Please try it once.
