■ Our store is an invoice registered store. ■ Thank you for your continued patronage. Our store is an invoice registered store and a ``qualified invoice issuing business''. |
I had used the Otesuji store when I was a student, and I had a good impression of it at the time, so I went back. The five-story sushi building, which can accommodate up to 140 people, has a different impact from the Otesuji restaurant due to its scale. We were taken to an elevator and taken to a private room on the third floor. Of course, your first drink should be draft beer, but I highly recommend Bamboo Sake. The sake is drunk through a hole in the ice that has been blocked up, and it goes perfectly with ``Haranbo.'' The ``Haranbo'' cutlet is similar to fatty bonito, and is a rare part that can only be harvested in small quantities from one bonito. Simply grill with salt and squeeze in lemon. This is what makes Kojan so delicious. Shimizu's mackerel is also a specialty of Tosa. I had it sashimi, but I think I prefer mackerel. Although the nigiri is not outstanding, the ingredients are large and you will be satisfied to some extent. It's more like a Sushi Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), but it doesn't feel cheap either, so if you're having trouble choosing a restaurant, this is definitely the place to go. Thanks to all of you, it was a fun party.
