It's been a while since I last ate Matsuya's brown sauce Hamburg. It was really delicious as expected. The sauce is thick but goes well with rice. The store has been remodeled and is beautiful.
I had the egg demi-glace Hamburg, but I was so hungry that I forgot to take a picture of my Hamburg, so the picture is of Gyudon (Beef bowl). Hamburg was a little on the strong side, but it went well with rice and was delicious. I want to eat it again. When I went to Matsuya for the first time in a while, the interior had changed and it had a more relaxed atmosphere.

大好きなブラウンソースハンバーグ。今回は当たりが悪かったのか、めっちゃ硬くて噛みきれない肉の塊？が入っていた。ソースは相変わらず美味しいし、また食べたいけど、アレに当たるの怖いな。
