Every morning, we carefully select fresh beans, blend them using a secret recipe, and roast them in-house. Fresh coffee beans are coarsely ground after ordering. It is common to use about 10g to serve
... a cup of coffee, but we use almost double the amount at 20g. By grinding a large amount extremely coarsely, only the delicious and fragrant parts are extracted using a siphon without producing unnecessary bitterness or astringency. Our qualified staff will serve you every cup of freshly roasted, freshly ground, and brewed coffee in a warmed cup.
