待ち時間15分ほどで入店しました。
良かった点に関してはとにかくコスパが良いこと、
また、時間がない中でもサクッと頂けるのが良いと思います。
しかし、鮮度面に関して、保温庫内の温度設定は割と高そうで、長時間置いてありそうなものもありました。
寿司ネタによってはかなり臭みを感じるものもありますし、職人さん同士で切り身を手渡しし合っているのも少し気になりました。
駅中3階にあるということで、お客様数も多いことから回転率重視でこのような形を取られてるという部分もあるのかなとも思いました。
