You can enjoy chicken and vegetables in a hot pot of paitan soup packed with the delicious flavor of local chicken. In addition to the hot pot, the course includes 11 dishes in total, starting with steamed meatballs, two skewers of local chicken, seared and Fried food, and a choice of Ramen or rice porridge to finish off the hot pot. ChefKoji Ogata, the store manager, fell in love with the taste of Nerima and trained himself.
Fascinated by the joy of cooking since the age of 19, he studied Western Cuisine and Japanese-style meal, and in 2021 fell in love with the appeal of Akami chicken, and was appointed as the second-generation manager of "Nerima Torinaga Niigata".
Food We are particular about "local chicken" and particular about "grilled" chicken.
We use Shiga Akami chicken, which is also used at the original restaurant "Toricho". In addition to the extremely fresh tataki and raw meatballs, Grilled skewer slowly grilled over Tosa bincho charcoal are also popular. The skin is crispy and the flesh is juicy and bursting with flavor.
