This is a Japanese restaurant in Kitashinchi that serves a la carte Japanese-style meal. Kitashinchi has a lot of courses, so finding a restaurant that offers a la carte is very valuable. All the dishes were delicious, but I was especially impressed by the recommended mozuku. It's eaten like soba, but it goes smoothly and tastes great!

It is written as "Kukai" and pronounced "Soraumi". I was embarrassed to just say "I made a reservation for an airport shuttle" I was impressed that I could eat mozuku like soba noodles last time, so I ordered it without hesitation this time too. All the dishes are delicious, including the sashimi, wagyu beef, and asparagus.
