Born in 1974. After training at the famous high-end Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) restaurant "Ayamuya" in Fukushima, Osaka, and the prestigious kaiseki restaurant "Kimoto" in Kobe (now relocated to Tokyo), he opened "Torisho Ishii" in Fukushima, Osaka in 2016.
