Our store is located on the 3rd floor of a quaint building near Shinsaibashi. The interior of the store has a luxurious and calm atmosphere, with clay walls and muted lighting. The 7 counter seats, made from a single piece of cypress, are special seats where you can enjoy conversation while watching the masterful craftsmanship of the craftsmen. The calm, high-quality space is ideal for dining on special occasions such as dates, anniversaries, and celebrations, as well as for business occasions such as companionship, dinner, and entertainment.

Shohei Tsutsumi was born in Kumamoto Prefecture in 1989 as the son of a Sushi shop. After training at his parents' house for 3 years from the age of 15, he studied for about 15 years at a Japanese Cuisine store in Osaka. After that, we became independent, and at the current [Sushi Embankment], we provide a Sushi that you can hold while valuing the unity between the material and the shari. Taking advantage of the local and Kumamoto connections, we purchase fresh ingredients every day. Please enjoy the supreme Sushi made with consistent thoughts.
