We use the best eel of the season, purchased from trusted wholesalers, regardless of the production area. A large 280g to 300g eel with its belly open is grilled over Bincho charcoal. Using a cooking method unique to Kansai, the skin is crispy, the flesh is plump and retains its fat, and the result is juicy and fragrant. The food is baked as soon as the customer orders, so you can enjoy the deliciousness of freshly made food. Please fully enjoy our special dishes, which are made without compromise in size, cooking method, or quality.
