We source carefully selected seafood from all over Japan. We also use tuna from "Yamayuki" at Toyosu Market. For the sushi rice, we don't limit ourselves to the type of rice used, but rather focus on the balance of texture and acidity, and order "rice that will make the ideal sushi rice" from all over Japan through a five-star rice master. For the vinegar, we use "barrel-brewed red vinegar" from Chiba. You can enjoy the traditional "aroma of barrels and aging." Please enjoy traditional Edomae sushi made with carefully treated seafood and red sushi rice.

You can choose from a course that makes full use of the bounty of each season. The plans offered change with the season, allowing you to enjoy the finest ingredients of the season. We have three course plans available: an evening course for 8,800 yen and 11,000 yen, and a Sushi course for 5,500 yen, available only on weekends. This restaurant can be used for a variety of occasions, including business entertainment and dinner parties, as well as dates and family meals. We have over 10 types of delicious local sake from all over the country. Discuss with the liquor store and select according to the cuisine and season. The lineup is constantly changing. We also have a variety of wines that go well with Japanese-style meal. Focusing on dry white wine, we carefully select wines from around the world, including domestic wines from Koshu and Tomi no Oka. We recommend Japanese wines that go well with Japanese-style meal. Our store is quietly located on the first basement floor of a building, about a 2-minute walk from Abenobashi Station. The dark and chic interior is based on black and is decorated with folding screens, creating an elegant and calming Japanese space for adults. The semi-private table seats can be used for up to 8 people by removing the partitions, so please use this for entertaining or dinner parties. From the impressive counter seats that sit in a straight line, you can see the craftsmanship right in front of your eyes.
