Our sweets are made using the blessings of nature, such as sticky rice grown on our own farm and kelp from Rishiri, which have been carefully nurtured in rich soil and exposed to plenty of sunlight, without the use of additives. It is characterized by its deep, nutritious sweetness. Even small children can enjoy it with confidence.

Their signature product, Aburi Mitarashi, is made by roasting rice cakes over an open flame and finishing with a sauce made from Rishiri kelp soup stock and Yuasa tamari soy sauce. A masterpiece that shines with sweetness amidst its aroma. At the workshop attached to the main store, craftsmen bake the products on the spot after receiving your order.
