Plump and slowly grilled pufferfish fins served with Tanba pure rice sake. The flavor oozes out from the aromatic fillet, which is grilled using a patented method. Please enjoy a special cup that can only be enjoyed with Genpin.

The supporting role of Genshin Torafugu is Motteponzu. Therefore, in addition to the base soy sauce, we are very particular about yuzu and vinegar citrus, and in our laboratory we secretly brew vinegar citrus from the famous production areas of Kamiyama Town and Sanagawachi Village, Tokushima Prefecture, and yuzu from Kito Village, Naka Town, Tokushima Prefecture. The item I chose was “Genpin/Higenhon Kotobuki.” We use carefully selected rice, eggs, and salt from all over the country that are essential for the rice porridge.
