[Nakaya]'s Commitment Our noodles are made from wheat flour shipped directly from Kagawa. We are particular about the original flavor and umami of udon in addition to the smooth texture.

We use a unique blend of wheat flour delivered directly from Kagawa, and then carefully boil the raw noodles that have been left to age in the aging room.
