Despite the large restaurant, this is a restaurant where you can enjoy authentic handmade soba noodles and udon noodles without cutting corners. The soup stock is made from Makurazaki and uses special
... bonito flakes. In addition, for set meals and rice bowls, we use rice ordered from contract farmers in Niigata Uonuma. Recently, Dattan soba noodles, which have been talked about as being good for health, are also handmade. We also accept banquets and ceremonies from a small number of people to a maximum of 70 people, and we also have a shuttle bus. Please relax with your family and friends in the spacious store.
