今週末は那須塩原温泉で温泉を楽しんできました。一泊二日でしたがゆっくり浸かった帰り道、いつもなら宇都宮で餃子とかですが、今日は小山で牛タンと行きましょう。
こちらのお店はコロナ禍の今年4月にオープンされたとのことで、店内は明るくて綺麗でした。
本日は

をお願いしました。

こちらの3種は、極撰タン、特選タン、赤身タンの組み合わせ。主にタン元ですね。
厚みありますが、どれも絶妙な焼き加減で良いですね。タン元の2種は霜降りの柔らかさと脂の旨味で、赤身はタン中の歯ごたえが楽しめます。
■牛タン３種盛り定食
こちらの3種は、特選タン、欅タン、味噌タンの組み合わせ。タン元からタン中と楽しめます。
私的には、特選タン、欅タン、赤身タンの組み合わせが欲しいかな〜。
仙台と謳っているからには、スープはテールスープでなくちゃね。以前伺ったお店ではそもそもテールスープではなかったり、テールスープでもテール肉やネギがほんの少しだったりと残念な感じでしたが、こちらのはテール肉がデーンと入っていてネギもたっぷりでした。
麦飯もお代わり自由だし、一杯目は牛タンで、2杯目はとろろで頂きました。
この値段でこの内容は大満足♫
ああ、千葉にもお店が欲しいところです。
