We have a selection of local Shinshu cuisine, including buckwheat mushrooms, freshly-sourced Nozawana, Shinshu salmon with yamakake sauce, and Local Cuisine sanzokuyaki. After enjoying these with some Japanese sake, we have our proud 100% fermented soy sauce steamer to finish off the meal. *We serve one plate per person, not a large platter.
