六本木の芋洗坂をテレビ朝日方面に坂を下った麓付近、キャバクラやスナックがひしめき合う怪しい雑居ビルの３階にあります。
googlemapを駆使しても辿り着くのが困難でした。
でも途中であきらめずに本当によかった、、、、そう思える店です。
10坪もない小さな空間に、カウンター6席と奥にテーブル席が２テーブルあります。
１）生ハム（熟成16ヶ月）
素材がいいのはもちろんですが、やっぱり切りたては最高にジューシーで美味しい！
量的にも二人でちょうどよいボリュームです。
２）トリッパのトマト煮
ほどよい塩梅の酸味と甘み。
３）馬肉のカルパッチョ
これもまたジューシー。葉物はシャッキリ。なんだろう、すごく元気になれます。
４）ブロッコリーのサラダ
ブロッコリーは、そのまんまの味ですが、自家製マヨネーズかアンチョビで箸休め的に食べられます。
５）カラスミの西洋わさびスパゲッティ
ワイン１本と、ビール２杯。二人で会計が1.8万円と、決して安くはない価格ですが、穴場の店を発見してしまっという嬉しさが湧き上がる店でした。
