We are proud of our koshihikari rice, delivered directly from farmers in Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture, cooked in an Iga-yaki pot. You can choose your favorite "rice accompaniments" such as Tokyo-produced Ukokkei eggs, tsukudani seaweed, salmon roe, and cod roe, and you can actually see what you are choosing. You can also enjoy dishes cooked with dashi, seasonal ingredients, and rice seasoned with other ingredients.

Since our founding in 2004, we have been serving "shabu shabu" using meat carefully selected by our head chef.
