Grilled eel is rare and has a good texture, so it has been well received as being a little different from the eel you usually eat. One of our specialties is that we don't cut the eel so you can enjoy the crispy texture of the skin! In addition, the sauce is characterized by its sweetness, which is achieved by adding more and more. You can enjoy the taste of the historic sauce learned at a long-established eel restaurant.
