“Ore-style Cold Noodles” is a popular side dish to finish the meal. Just before eating, you can enjoy the exquisite soup made by dissolving the Wagyu Shigureni ingredients into the soup, adding Tokushima sudachi, vinegar, and a small amount of capsaicin, and the chewy Morioka noodles purchased from a carefully selected noodle manufacturer. The delicious and spicy ``Yukkejang Soup'', the mildly spicy ``Galbi Guppa'' made with Japanese-style soup stock, and the salty ``Wagyu Tail Soup'' with plenty of collagen are all masterpieces created using our unique recipes.
