上野松坂屋の７階にあるお好み食堂。
少し前に４階の喫茶店に伺った際に
下見訪問しておりまして。アプリの
ｸｰﾎﾟﾝを利用すれば~1,200円の麺物
が1,000円で食べられるなぁ。と...
老舗百貨店の、平日のレストランの
お客様は～年齢層も高め。12時半を
回った訪問時は、割と空いてました。
店内は広々。ゆったりとした、座席
配置。お隣のﾃｰﾌﾞﾙとの間にはﾋﾞﾆｰﾙ
の仕切りが設置。
注文から５分後位にサーブ。トロミ
しっかりの餡に覆われた焼きそば。
美味しそう♪まずは、麺を下から～
持ち上げようとしたところ、トロミ
が強過ぎてベタベタ。塊感がスゴイ。
なんとか少しバラけさせて撮影後～
いただいてみると...麺がやわらかぁ。
コレは歯の悪い高齢の私の母が喜ぶ
やわらかさ。私には柔らか過ぎ。。。
餡がトロミが強過ぎて固まり。麺は
やわやわ。。。う～ん。コレは失敗
なんでは？と、何とも複雑な気分で
食べましたが～具材の海鮮物は流石
の美味しさ。エビはプリプリ。イカ
も美味しい♪白菜は、やっぱり柔ら
かトロトロ。野菜の柔らかいのは、
それはそれで、美味しいですけどね。
そして、間違いのないイイお味。
トロミって最初はカタメでも食べて
るうちにドンドンやわらかくなって
いったりするものでは？と思いなが
ら、食べ進めましたが～なかなか...
かなり、しっかり強めのトロミﾁｬﾝ。
いつまでも塊状態のまま。最後の方
になって、酢を掛けたらどうかしら？
と、少し回し掛け～ほぐして完食。
でも今回のコレはたまたまだったの
かな。。。
13時頃から混み始めてました。次回
利用させていただくことがあったら
汁そばにしてみます☆
