Singapore Seafood Republic Tokyo's Christmas dinner course will feature a special menu made with seasonal seafood and luxurious ingredients. The menu includes cold abalone served in a refreshing green pepper sauce, richly flavored steamed seafood soup, and beef rump Steak elegantly finished with red wine and tamarind sauce. The main course of snow crab claws in chili sauce is accompanied by pasta, making for a luxurious dish. The meal will conclude with a festive Christmas sponge cake and mignardises.
