お昼に伺いました。
遅めのランチの時間。
飲み目的のお客様が店内に1組。
ビールをおかわりしているタイミングで、お通しがようやく出てきていました。
一抹の不安が、、
定食を待っている間厨房のスタッフがホールの女性に説教している声が長々と聞こえて来て。。
ランチの定食なのに20分以上出て来ず。
定食が出るまでのビールのツマミのつもりで頼んだ一品がビールがなくなった頃に定食が出た直後にやっと出てきました。
気持ち良く食事出来る環境ではなかった。
心地よい雰囲気と居心地があって初めて味わえるのだと思う。
