Ramen that opened at Hatagaya Station about a year ago (currently October 2024) There is a popular Ramen shop called Nejishiki next door, but the opening hours do not overlap at all. It is a shop with unique opening hours that is open from 8pm to 5am. I ordered, Spicy ramen (1,100 yen) The iron cup is a good point because it feels cold. It is a simple dish with a spicy soup, thin noodles, roast pork, wood ear mushrooms, and spring onions, but the roast pork is very tender and falls apart easily. The wood ear mushrooms and thin noodles were simple and good, but although the spicyness was just right, it didn't leave a lasting impression, and I felt that the sharpness and depth of the dish didn't suit my taste. It may suit some people. Considering the opening hours, it seems like a very convenient place for people who work at night.
