A chef who trained at Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) for many years, a chef who trained at a Michelin-Japanese-style meal, and a molecular nutritionist who specializes in cutting-edge nutrition have created gluten-free, casein-free, and low-carbohydrate foods. Using a scientific approach and thorough analysis, we have developed delicious Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) cuisine that ``maintains beauty'' and ``fixes itself after eating.'' We use ``bone broth'', which is said to be a ``drinkable serum'' overseas, for the soup stock.

Pair your favorite dishes with carefully selected alcoholic beverages. Under the supervision of Hakata BAR Yamaguchi, all cocktails are original to Dodo. A special sencha high made with sencha from Chadokoro Tsukiji, a tea specialty shop that has been in Koenji for 40 years. Tea mix made with Chinese tea from Kichijoji Seimo Sabo. Sake and shochu carefully selected by Sumiyoshi Sakehan, a purveyor to Michelin restaurants. Natural wine selected by Hakata I.N.Uwines. Everything is ``a cup of special care''.

From the large counter surrounding the open kitchen, you can enjoy the live feeling of cooking at the edge of the grill. Please enjoy a good time with delicious drinks and food while watching the traditional Japanese cooking ``Genjiyaki'', in which seasonal fish and vegetables are slowly grilled.
Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) you'll feel refreshed after eating. Reservations for the 6pm-7pm period are being accepted on the official website at the bottom of the page.
