Hyogo Nada A slightly dry sake that retains the fresh flavor of the freshly pressed sake. 300ml

Brewed by a female brewer from Iwate, this sake has a gentle, refreshing taste. It is also recommended to drink it warm.

Overcoming the damage caused by the Iwate earthquake, the young master brewer produces a gorgeous, fruity flavor.

Yamagata A brewery that only produces Junmai Daiginjo sake. Gorgeous and refreshing.
