As supplies vary depending on the season, the menu changes every 1-2 months. Additionally, the rice used for the sushi rice is restaurant own unique blend. It was blended in consultation with a five-star rice master to match the ingredients and red vinegar. We are proud of our sushi, which is Other made with carefully selected seaweed and seasonings, so please enjoy it to your heart's content.

At our restaurant, we use different aging methods depending on the fish and toppings, bringing out the maximum flavor of the ingredients. Aging periods vary from 3-4 days to over a week. By carefully assessing the condition of the fish, we can create ingredients with a sticky, strong flavor. Our ingredients, which have been carefully aged with great care, are served not only as sushi, but also as sashimi and grilled dishes. You can enjoy our luxurious delicacies in a variety of dishes, so please do enjoy them.

We have a wide selection of sake from all over Japan. We always have more than 15 types in stock, including seasonal varieties. Once we run out, we will stock up on new brands and serve them to you. Also, don't miss the "Sake Pairing (6,000 yen)" that you can enjoy with your food. We offer 5 to 8 types of pairings to go with seasonal dishes, and you can have as many refills as you like, so it's recommended for sake lovers. Find your favorite drink that suits your mood and tastes of the day.

Our restaurant is like a hideaway, located on the first basement floor, a three-minute walk from Kichijoji Station. The glass lattice patterned sliding doors are an eye-catching exterior, and as soon as you step inside you'll find yourself in a relaxing space filled with the warmth of wood. The counter seats, made from a single gingko plank, are special seats where you can get a close-up view of the chef cooking. Enjoy a relaxing time while feeling the comfortable texture of the plain wood. We can also reserved private parties of 6-10 people, so please feel free to come along if you would like to do so.
