Grilled offal was quite tasty and my friend and I ate it right away. The price was also reasonable. It has a somewhat chaotic atmosphere, so I would recommend it for friends rather than dates or business trips. It's a bit of a walk from the station, so I wouldn't go out of my way to choose it in Ikebukuro.
