タイトルは何かというと、20年近く前に初めて沖縄を訪れて感動したものの中に島豆腐があって、この突き抜ける豆感を麻婆豆腐で味わったなら？とずっと思ってたのです。それがふと通り掛かったここ板橋は成増の商店街の片隅で提供されてたとは！さっそくオーダー、選べる辛さはMax！ライスはじゅうしい（語は雑炊の変化、ひじきの炊き込みご飯）に変更可。しばし待ちます。
オオ、なかなか辛くてうまい！そのうえコクもあるし、唐沢辣＞麻という感じのバランスですが、どっちも感じます。…と、ここで豆感はそれほどでも？と気づくｗ。辛さにマスキングされたのかなあ。今回はライスをじゅうしいに替えちゃったんでオンザライスできないし。
そのじゅうしいはホコホコした炊き具合でこれまた美味しい。さらに脂っこい感じのオニギリにしたりすると沖縄感がさらにアップするかもなあ。
これらがランチタイム￥650（+税）とはねえ。ボリュームの違いはあれど、今は現地でもこの値段では食べられないんじゃ？と思う程安い。あんま行くと沖縄熱に火が付きそうだ。
